Our Story

It all started during a trip to Milan.

Maria and Giuseppe, two passionate of authentic Italian gelato, were wandering through the streets of the city when they had a rather unusual idea: what if the finest gelato could travel by pigeon?

Back home, between Cork and Briançon, the idea slowly became a business plan.

After months of research, countless gelato tastings and several very confused pigeons, Maria and Giuseppe developed their revolutionary Pigeon Gelato Delivery System.

Each specially trained carrier pigeon is equipped with a lightweight insulated container — with an optional miniature cooling system for longer journeys. The gelato is carefully packed, the pigeon takes its position on the starting block, and off it goes!

Today, our mission remains simple: to connect Ireland and the Alps through the world's most unexpected form of gelato transportation.
